F.I.S.H. Living is off-campus dorm-style living and is your home away from home!  It is located in a great neighborhood, about 2 minutes walking from the RCC campus.  It is very easy to get to school by walking or using a bicycle.  The house is also a short bus ride distance from shopping, restaurants and entertainment.  It is the best way to experience the traditional American college lifestyle.  We provide students with a safe, convenient and familiar "home" environment where you share a private house with other students.  Students benefit by living together as a family and get lots of English practice with each other.  To live comfortably in Riverside no car is needed living in this location!
The house is fully furnished, including the private bedrooms.  The living room has cable tv / dvd player, comfortable couch and enough space to hang out with friends and get your home work done.  It also has a large dining table so all the students can eat together.  There is an onsite laundry machine and clothes dryer.  The home has central heat and air conditioning for your comfortability.

• Rent is $525.00 per month with a refundable Security Deposit of $1,000.00.
• Rent includes all utilities (Wi-Fi Internet, Cable TV, Electricity, Water, Gas, Trash Pick Up, Gardening, and Hot Water).
• There is no application fee to apply for F.I.S.H. Living housing  
• All bedrooms are private, furnished, and secure.  All bedrooms include a desk, bed, closet, ceiling fan and bedding.  
• Students can secure a private bedroom before they arrive to the USA. 
• Space is limited.  First come, first served basis.
• A completed On-Line Application Form with Deposit is required to secure a room. 
• LAX Airport pick and drop off at F.I.S.H. Living Riverside is available.
• Off street parking is available for students with a car.
